Taxis in Rodrigues

It depends on the ride. Airport transfers have fixed fares by zone, by road from Plaine Corail: Rs 1,200 up to 7 km, Rs 1,500 over 7 and under 15 km, and Rs 2,000 for 15 km and over, for one passenger; each extra passenger adds Rs 150. Port Mathurin is Rs 2,000 one way. Evening transfers (17:00–21:59) add Rs 300 per trip, included in the fare you are shown. Night transfers (22:00–04:59) are priced by hand: the fare is agreed with you, not fixed in advance. Every other ride: each driver sets their own fare, and the price is confirmed with you before anything is agreed — there is no charge until you accept it. You pay the driver in cash; Roule Rodrigues never takes payment for a ride.

Yes. Choose Airport transfer and give your flight number. It goes on the driver's job sheet, so they know which arrival to meet and can allow for a delay.

No. You can call or message any driver on this page directly. Booking through the site instead puts your request to every available driver at once, and one accepts within a few minutes.
