Do I pay before it is confirmed?
No. You send a request, we check the date with the operator, and only once it is confirmed do you pay to secure it. If it is not free that day we say so and suggest an alternative — you are never charged for something we cannot provide.
Can I book from abroad before I arrive?
Yes. Book online before you travel and it is arranged for the date you choose. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you would rather ask first — we answer in English, French and Kreol.
